Jeremy Pelissier, 22, was arrested on May 16 at Holcomb Pond Court and charged with simple battery. The victim, Pelisseir’s girlfriend, claims that on the night of May 16, Pelissier came home, grabbed her phone and noticed a text message from another guy. Pelissier claims the text message stated that his girlfriend was going to cheat on him with the other guy after Pelissier went to bed. Pelissier got upset and tossed her clothes on the ground and in the bathtub. Pelissier then walked to the bathroom, grabbed some feces out of the toilet, and proceeded to put feces in her mouth, face and all over her body. He then urinated on her. The victim was then able to wrestle free from Pelissier and left the house to call the police. Pelissier did not deny rubbing feces or urinating on the victim.

How High Was He?

Douglas Fry, 20, was arrested on May 16 at Wexford Club Drive for DUI-Less Safe. Fry was found by the officer passed out in the front seat of a 2004 Ford Explorer Sportac with the engine running and the headlights on. The officer’s first attempt to awake Fry was unsuccessful. After continued attempts to gain Fry’s attention he finally began to respond but his responses were not clear. Fry soon stated that he was “so high” and the officer observed he was unable to keep his head up or his eyes open. The officer asked Fry why he was so high and Fry appeared to black out. The officer then regained Fry’s attention and asked him if he had been drinking, Fry stated he was “drunk”. The officer then asked how much alcohol Fry had consumed and he said he had not had any. After a few more questions from the officer Fry stated he had some beer and then Fry started pushing on the gas pedal and revving the engine. The officer proceeded to reach into the car and turn off the engine. Fry did not appear to know where he was and described to the officer where he lived, which was about 12 miles away. The officer then asked to see Fry’s driver’s license. Fry pulled out a red lighter and handed it to the officer as though it was his license, when the officer asked Fry if that was his license Fry looked at the lighter put it in his lap and attempted to start the car with a “Visine” bottle he had pulled out of his pocket. The officer then asked Fry if he thought it was safe for him to drive and Fry responded “Yes.” Fry then was asked to perform a field sobriety test, which he promptly failed.

Smack Attack

On May 12, Milton police were dispatched to an address on Morris Road in reference to a burglary in progress. When officers arrived, they met with Carly Royball. According to Royball, her boyfriend Blake Clark is why the officers were called. Royball told officers that she got into an argument with Clark earlier in the night because he suspected her of cheating. At some point during the argument, Royball, who was driving her car, slapped Clark, the passenger, in the head and face. Clark retaliated by punching Royball in the arm and then punching the windshield, which cause it to shatter. At that point, Royball kicked Clark out of the vehicle. A little while later, Royball received a call from her roommate who told her that Clark was currently in their apartment “breaking stuff.” Royball immediately headed to the apartment where her physical altercation with Clark continued. At the apartment, Royball says Clark choked her and held her down. After police were called, Clark fled the area. Clark’s friend, Tyler Robelen, who came to the scene to pick Clark up, made a minor mistake when he left some marijuana in his car in plain sight. Police noticed and arrested Robelen for possession. When Clark was finally located he told police that he never punched Royball when they were in the car and that he punched the windshield out because “he knew it was wrong to hit a girl.” He described the whole incident as “drama” and couldn’t tell police who actually started the fight (neither could Royball). Both Royball and Clark were arrested for simple battery, Clark was also held for simple trespass.

Smack Attack 2

On May 16 at the Wild Wing Café, Margaret Mullen was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct. While the officer was in the front area of the restaurant, the restaurant security escorted Mullen from the bar area. Mullen was yelling and kicking her feet as the guards escorted her out. The security guard informed the officer that she had slapped another security guard in the face. While the officer attempted to speak with Mullen, he noticed she was unsteady on her feet and he smelled strong alcoholic beverages from her breath. When the officer asked Mullen what had occurred she said “The security guard was talking [smack].” She explained that she had every right to slap the security guard because he was “talking [smack].” Because Mullen was being loud, boisterous, and clearly intoxicated, the officer asked her to sit on the bench while he questioned the guards. Mullen then told the security guard to give her ID back and said she would not sit down. The officer asked Mullen again to sit down and Mullen took a step back and said, “No I’m fine”. The officer then informed Mullen that she was under arrest and to put her hands behind her back, Mullen began to resist but with the help of another officer Mullen was handcuffed and placed under arrest.

Was It Too Hot?

David Camp, 24, was arrested on May 17 on King Road for public indecency. As an officer was driving down King Road he noticed Camp walking on the side of the road with no clothing on. When the officer got out and asked Camp his name, Camp appeared confused. The officer then asked Camp if he knew where he was and again, Camp appeared to be confused. When the officer stepped closer to the man, he noticed his pupils were extremely dilated. The officer then reported that Camp had a blank stare on his face, leaned forward and started moving aggressively toward the officer. The officer then dispatched all officers en route to hurry to the scene. When the other officers arrived at the scene, Camp turned and focused on them. Camp began walking toward the other officers in the same aggressive manner as before. Camp was then ordered to sit down. He made a small attempt to run but then complied and was placed under arrest.
