“Sharing the Story of Slavery at Bulloch Hall,” 180 Bulloch Ave., Roswell, as part of the Roswell Roots Celebration.
During regularly scheduled tours. The house displays many of the daily chores of slaves in mid 1800’s Bulloch Hall.
Tours are on the hour; the last tour is at 3 p.m. Admission is $8 for adults, $7 for seniors and $6 for children age 6 - 18.

Mamie Cotton’s Legacy featured at Smith Plantation, 935 Alpharetta St., Roswell, as part of the Roswell Roots Celebration.
Mamie Cotton worked at the Smith Plantation from 1940 until her death in 1994, and was a resident for 34 years.
This exhibit celebrates the life of Mamie Cotton and her contributions to the Archibald Smith Plantation Home. Included with regular tours of the home.

14th Annual Alpharetta Police Athletic League (PAL) Ball from 6:30 p.m. - midnight at the Metropolitan Club, 5875 Windward Pkwy., Alpharetta.
Enjoy a fun-filled evening of dinner, dancing, casino-style gambling, silent and live auctions and more.
This year’s event has a cruise theme so any attire is suitable, from tux and long dress to shuffle board whites and flip-flops.
The ball benefits Alpharetta PAL, a non-profit community based outreach organization created to provide a variety of services to Alpharetta’s youth.
Tickets for the event are $75 and can be obtained at City Hall and the Public Safety Headquarters at 2565 Old Milton Pkwy.

Music-on-the-Hill Concert at Northside Drive Baptist Church will present Mendelssohn’s Piano Trio in D minor, along with Beethoven’s Cello Sonata No. 1, Arvo Part’s Spiefel im Spiegel, and Manuel de Falla’s Suite Populaire Espagnol.

“The Wearin’ of the Green” Concert by the Michael O’Neal Singers at 8 p.m. at Roswell United Methodist Church, 814 Mimosa Blvd.
The chorus will perform some of the best known music of the Irish tradition. The Mulligan Irish Step Dancers return for their fourth appearance with MOS for this concert, just in time for St. Patrick’s Day!
