North Fulton County residents help fight cancer with “Evening of Hope”
North Fulton County residents, in conjunction with the American Cancer Society, will host the 5th annual “Evening of Hope” on Friday, February 11 at 7:30 p.m. at the Metropolitan Club, located at 5895 Windward Parkway in Alpharetta. This event is being held to raise money in the fight against cancer.
This special evening will feature both silent and live auctions with hundreds of items available. A delicious array of food from local eateries and first class wine tasting sponsored by Pop’s Wine and Spirits will be available for guests to enjoy. Local cancer survivors will also be honored as “Beacons of Hope.” Fun activities, dancing and entertainment will make the evening a night not to be missed while, at the same time, raising money and awareness of this special cause.
Evening of Hope is one of the premier black tie events of its kind. More than 200 attendees, including corporate sponsors, business and philanthropic leaders will be in attendance. Radio personality Kaede Kiely, from 97.1 The River, will be the emcee and Jeff Van Note, former Falcons football player and current host of the Falcons Pre-Game Show, will be the guest speaker.
