Riley County Ethics Charges In Limbo
Fulton County Commissioner Lynne Riley (R-Johns Creek) sat before the County Board of Ethics Thursday in a poised and confident manor while House Judiciary Chairman Wendell Willard (R-Sandy Springs) led the defense in staring down a lawsuit questioning the legality of the county Ethics Board.
