Roswell Youth Day Parade
It’s that time of year again.
By Jonathan Copsey / STAFF
It’s that time of year again. When the leaves change color and the air gets a little crisper. It’s also the time when Roswell honors its youth with the 59th annual Frances McGahee Youth Day Parade down Canton St. to the Roswell Area Park. This year the rain held off just enough to allow the floats and walkers to strut their stuff. After the parade, the nearby Smith Plantation opened its doors for the annual Fall Farm Days, where children can learn about life in another time (while petting some animals).
